"I absolutely love Red Lobster! Been here multiple times and would go again n again. Love the food, love the ambiance. Tried the new Lobster-topped stuffed flounder with a side of quinoa rice and coleslaw. It was AMAYYY-ZING! I highly recommend trying it. My friend had the Salmon New Orleans which is a classic and my usual favourite. Comes topped with shrimps. Side of baked potato and home salad. Pictures attached. I highly recommend this place to everyone reading this."

"This place was delicious when it initially opened. We purchased two taco dinners (takeout) a couple of weeks ago. The hard shells were horrible and the meat was beyond too salty.The shells were rubbery and chewy. It tasted like they were old, then warmed in the microwave. I wanted to order from Ricos, but this was on a Sunday and they were closed. I'll be waiting until Monday from now on."

"When I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and a warm hello. The atmosphere feels warm and inviting. This can be your early morning breakfast, your afternoon stop, and even now your home cooked dinner place. The cleanliness was top notch. This isan open style restaurant where you do not feel cramped or going to be in someones way. Everything was homemade and baked freshdaily from their specials to the delicious pies. The wait staff was amazing as well as the management. They really make you feellike a family member. I ordered the #3 Ceelee Rae which was 2 eggs, hash browns, bacon or sausage and a choice of toast orbiscuit and gravy. This food was awe inspiring the warmth of the biscuit and gravy was mouth watering. The eggs cooked to myliking. The hash browns and bacon was nice and crispy. This meal is a favorite. I want to go back for more and if my stomachwould allow it I would eat the WHOLE menu. When I mean this is a MUST try you should have already been there when I started thisreview."

"I wanted to dive, but the buffet was closed when I arrived. It wasn't up to me that they had a takeout service now. And the friendly lady at the counter lets me know I can arrange one. Medium one topping pizza. The only complaint I can say is that the pizza needed some spice. But the staff was very friendly and professional."

"Holy cow! We found our new place when we have appointments at the VA. Our waitress was very, very nice, our coffee cups were never low (and if you know me, I drink a lot of coffee). The food was amazing. Taste more made at home than most cookies cutter family restaurants. Portion sizes are huge. The price is reasonable. If you're in the area, I recommend you taste yourself!"

"By far my favorite taco place. Not only the food is good, but there is a lot of it! In contrast to their competitors who only put a coke line of meat and cheese on your taco (not sure if that is because they think the world is low on meat and cheese, or if that is just what their employees are used), these guys are not afraid the taco with meat and cheese PACK. Her hot sauce is some of the best sauce that her tacos perfectly complicated. Your sweet tea is also competing with Chicken Express, and if you are Texan, you know what that means. Your customer service is the chic-fil-a of the Taco places. If you go to a Casa, don't feel like you're just interrupting the bartender divorce court, looking at you Taco Bell. No, if you go to Casa, you are welcomed by everyone, and they are happy to do it. I live over 200 miles from the next Casa, but will visit every time I get close to one and eat so much that I regret life. Simple 5/5 each."

Today I called to get pizza, Ola the manager replied, I expected setting, and it was the opposite, she was very friendly personally delivered the pizza! Considering the prices they charge, there should not be anything missing from the order. "I made reservations online only to get to BWW Saginaw MI to let me know they do not participate in reservations. The hostess was not a bit nice about it either. I have been going to BWW for years all over Michigan. This hostess did not even put us on her waiting list until I asked 5 minutes after the fact. After waiting over 20 minutes we noticed many tables clearing outside (where we asked to be seated). I went inside to ask if there were tables available yet only to see two sets of patrons come in after us be seated in the outdoor section before us. I am not impressed with how this matter was handled."

"This KFC and the one on Bay Rd are not changing their grease. That is why their chicken is always dark and hard and terrible tasting. They know what they need to do to fix this issue but these locations are too lazy to do the right thing and change the grease. "Our experience was wonderful all throughout up until the last building where the furniture was sold. We purchased a clock and just so happens I was standing in line behind a few customers with a very large order. I waited for almost 30 minutes to be checked out. I asked the cashier finally if there is another cashier and there wasn't. It occurred to me that she could have called another lady to help her package things, at least to speed up the process, but she didn't. The 2nd clerk arrived right when I finally came up for check out. They were both pleasant but I do feel they didn't do enough to help me, I really felt there was no reason I waited so long. The remaining customers came right after me and checked out quickly, it just so happened that I was the only one neglected. And really there was no acknowledgement of how unreasonable my wait was."

"We are new to the area and thought we would try Tony's instead of fast food. Thinking this could be our go to place. I ordered over the phone to pick up on my way home from work. I asked for extra sour cream and A1 sauce with our order. I drove up to window to get my order. Everything was stapled or double knotted. Big sign on window says to check order before you leave. I could not get it open and girl said do not worry it is all there. When i got home, we did not get extra items that she assured me was in there. We ordered a side of mac n cheese. The small styrofoam coffee cup size was not even half and it was just noodles! I called to complain. The owner said they buy boxed mac and cheese from Walmart and add water. I said someone forgot the cheese! She did offer to reimburse the mac n cheese if I brought it back. Why would I put myself out for 3 tablespoons of noodles? I purposely ordered to get on my way home as not to go back out. She had an excuse for everything which said was not an excuse. I said that is ok, I will just write a review. She said I would be one of the few. Not by what I read. BTW, the famous steak and cheese has a red tomato sauce over ground meat patties. That is not described in the menu."
