"This is a traditional place that is what I consider a fish fry. You'll get nice healthy options for fish but they are not a good restaurant. I have food sensitivities and allergies and they were not accommodating nor helpful whatsoever. I was able to have a baked haddock. On my plate I had very few options because of my allergies. They were not willing to even give me a vegetable. They wanted to upcharge me $3. So I paid for a haddock plate definitely over what good restaurants charge. $20 for a piece of fish. The stuffing was absolutely disgusting. It is equal to whatever they scoop out of a container and put on anything that is considered stuffed. I actually got sick from that consistency. I did question whether the person that took my order didn't do a good job following my order through my allergies. I am possibly certain that the mistake is in that stuffing.I will say if you like traditional anything fried with fish you'll probably like it there. The staff that takes your order definitely needs more training. This is the McDonald's of fish fry. You'll get everything that you want at this place. But they will not be considerate towards any needs towards your food allergies. You get what you get and that's it. I scored it 3 because other people enjoyed their meals this day. If it was just up to me I would rate it a 2.And I had to make mention because it's so surprising to say that a lobster roll is $25 but an extra large lobster roll is $45... Not worth it at all. Go to a nicer place if you're willing to spend $45 on a lobster roll. This is not the place to do it.If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up ? and feel free to follow me for future reviews."

"After some positive reviews, we decided to try Marshland for a late lunch today. Amanda our waitress greeted us as soon as we went into the door. After sitting, she took our drinks orders. I wanted to warm up with a cup of decaf and Amanda informed me that she would roast a fresh pot. Always a good way to make a good first impression on me. Nothing worse than lukewarm old coffee. The menu had many choices and we were both unsure when we wanted lunch or dinner. I informed Amanda that this was our first time in Marshland and she had any recommendations. She did it and I took it on one of her suggestions. Thank you. I had roasted the pot on toast with potatoes and vegetables. I paid the charges to have done dead, it's a childhood memory thing) instead of mashed and the vegetables were squash. Where do I start? How about everything that was delicious, including the fresh deaf). The pot roast was tender and tasty and there was a lot of it. Much more than expected. The engraving was very tasteful, so much I had to ask for more that Amanda brought right away. The squash was also very good. It had a cinnamon, pumpkin, sweet taste on it. The perpetrators were perfect. I just had a little effort to finish everything, but I was forced to. Amanda kept my coffee cup full of fresh brew to complete an excellent meal. The woman ordered fresh Schellfischfilets with Mac n’ Cheese. She said it was excellent, but unfortunately her eyes are bigger than, now you know the rest. She brought about half of it home. As if a good service and good food was not enough, they have a bakery to the restaurant. While we were full of dessert at the time, we both thought we wouldn't want a big dinner later, but maybe we could only have room for a little dessert. So we walked into the bakery and had a hard time getting our thoughts on what. Muffins, Whoopi Pies, carrot cake, Blueberry Cobbler, etc. We have finally made our decisions and are sure that we will not be disappointed as everything else was outstanding today. I recommend visiting both the Marshland Restaurant Bakery when you find yourself at some point on Rt 6A to the bridge."
