"6 months ago I am Native Little Italy and Bay Ridge Italian fella. I have blessed my whole life to have some of the best pizza in New York, just my apartment building and house walking. From less than 5 minutes from Lombard Pizza in Manhattan to Spamoni Gardens in Bensonhurst. I left the best pizza in the USA. We had property Ulster County and no pizzeria, from Kingston to Ellenville to Marlboro has ever been good. Mediocre. Maybe two stars are nice. My family and I first tried Benny's pizza a day about 6 months ago. We decided to give Benny's shot when the other one is close. At first I was a little sceptical; with the country music played in a pizzeria I had never seen that before. Then I had to remember that I am no longer in Italy or Brooklyn. The place where a beautiful home felt, and the mating girls were very nice EXCEPT for ONE of them. Probably a high schooler. She looked miserable or she didn't want to be and had a sense of permission that automatically shut down for a restaurant in my opinion. Then high schooler again, I was too cool school 11 years ago. Lol I regularly come a few times a week and haven't seen her since what's beautiful. Anyway, fortunately, I was helped by one of the mating girls who always seems to be there and full of just good spirit. Always kind and out. She must be the main counter girl because she doesn't make you feel like a piece of money. I ordered a large Pie and 8 or something along these lines of garlic knots. Now these are not only garlic knots!!! These are GIANT and well seasoned; not excessively greasy and this beautiful little crunchy on the outside with soft on the inside. The pizza perfectly sown and the cheese tastes fresh. The pizza is a perfect size not small as Picnic Pizza and her sauce sometimes has huge spots of just sauce. The only negative I would say about this place is the workers in the back. I use small joints in Chelsea, the village and Soho etc... there are some of the family cooked at the pizza place. This is strongly aimed at making good food and working hard for business. There are also cultural differences. When I showed up family, friends visited us a cake and food. We haven't been happy to start and feel with our eyes when we looked at the pizzas or pictures. Some of us also understand Spanish. We didn't like to guess about it. It happens periodically. What sucks because we really enjoy the food and the other employees. Even neighbors who come and talk about the area our children and the school etc... This is something to edit is the cooks, they even say things in Spanish about the other employees. I still want to give 5 stars, for the business and the employees who work in front and Benny for a piece of Little Italy."
