"So last night we ordered a haddock dinner, shrimp dinner, clam strip dinner, and a order of fried mushrooms. The only thing done right was the shrimp dinner. The fish was dry and overcooked. The clam strips were way over cooked, tough and rubbery, and you could literally taste the oil in the batter. They tasted about 6 hours old. To top it off they substituted my mushrooms with fried cauliflower, as if I wouldn't notice. Complete waste of $50. I'm originally from New England so I know good seafood and this was by far the worst seafood I've ever had. It won't happen again!"

We were a party of two on a weekday afternoon, why is there included gratuity? Two appetizers and 3 drinks for $70 with your included gratuity and you want more...why?I'm guessing it's more of an issue with staff being underpaid but quite frankly that isn't my problem. I won't be patronizing any restaurant that feels two tips is a necessary means to an end. It's middle-of-the-road Mexican--not fine dining. Charge more for the food if you have to, but do not put it on your customers to ensure your staff can survive."

"booth that we set ourselves at least 10 from the table away. the benches are not adjustable, so we are sitting in front of the entire meal. my steak was ordered well, but it was **** inside. the waitress took it back to the kitchen to cook more than to sit our kartoffel and get cold. as for the next question, they recommend to a friend, probably with a warning."

"Four of us good buddies did a winter Men's Retreat' in Syracuse's Armory Square to spend some time together and enjoy some bars and restaurants. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and did a bit of a pub crawl over a couple of days. Kitty Hoyne's is literally a crosswalk away from the hotel, so we stopped in here twice... once for evening drinks and once for lunch. We stopped in on a Wednesday night for drinks and the bar wasn't too full. We were able to get seats at the bar and the bartenders were very attentive and friendly. We had a good time but did find that the overall pub area is pretty loud. Also, the beer list was pretty good but not a lot of Irish' beers (just the usually Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks)... they had other beer on draft so there was something for everyone. We tried the famous' corned beef fritters.... perfectly cooked and filled with corned beef and Russian dressing. They were tasty but very rich, so one or two go a long way. We came back the next day for lunch and were seated in a quiet section of the dining area. Service was attentive and the food good. I had some sort of in-house smoked corned beef with cheese on a multi grain bread with fries... excellent. The pub is friendly, roomy, and has excellent service... highly recommended!"

"Came here for lunch after seeing the great reviews and we’re not disappointed. The food is delicious and the portions are huge. I got a half sandwich, which was more than enough with the generous portions of meat. They have a wide selection of beverages, chips and side salads. I enjoyed the potato salad and it tasted homemade. Prices were extremely reasonable for the value, and we found plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your sandwiches."

I called this location earlier today because I’m new to KETO and asked if their Buffalo chicken wings were Keto…a lovely woman named Lily answered the phone had me hold for a moment while she went out of her way to find out the answer for me and it was YES !! So myself, my husband, my father and my mother all dined here tonight for my mothers birthday and sure enough we end up with Lily for our waitress !! I asked her for a keto friendly drink she went and asked the bartender and then took a moment to google it herself ! If that isn’t going above and beyond idk what is !! She was attentive explained everything on the menu thoroughly, recommended a few delicious drinks my mother loved all of ! And was patient and kind the whole way through. The food was TO DIE FOR the drinks were AMAZING and our waitress lily was beyond EXCEPTIONAL my first time at this location and I will be back again and again!!! Good job Copper Top staff !"

"Third visit.This place has changed for better. Everything was in order and the food tasted much better. The staff were great and quick.[My second visit] There was a new waitress who didn't seem very courteous. We had to wait a long time before we got served. Then we ordered tea. It took 20 minutes before we ask again. But the tea was really good. The service is really not satisfactory. The waitress should be smiling at customers.[My first visit] The food is good and the price is reasonable. The only thing is that it takes a while before you get the food."

"I can't believe it took us three whole months since we moved to syrakus to try this place! They have many vegan tapas, paella and gloomy. free brot and oliven were so nice gift from them. they make everything from ground to order. the owners came to talk to us and let us know that next time they would treat us really well if it is not too busy (we went to a game night,) although they were so amazing! highly recommended!"

"I had a wonderful experience at Thai Love NY. The ambiance was fantastic, the staff was top-notch, and the food was simply delicious. I appreciated how clearly the menu was labeled to indicate vegan and gluten-free options. Most of the dishes could be customized to fit these dietary needs. I ordered the Pad See Ew, which can often be overly sweet and syrupy at other Thai restaurants, but it was perfectly balanced at Thai Love NY. I was also impressed by the fact that they offer a kids menu with tofu sticks and various dipping sauces. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience."

"Our first time to visit the new site, and while we preferred the ambience of the cozy Bistro Elephant, they did a wonderful job with this new venue. Our server, Charles, was excellent. He delivered the perfect amount of advice with the menu, was attentive, and expanded our dining experience. "because of Covid-19, our meal was to go and it smells so good, we ate it in the car curbside. we ordered 2 vegan salads and 2 main dishes: vegan (beyond) meatball riggies and vegan basil pesto. the salads were normal garden salads, nothing special. both hot entrees were excellent. the meatballs are made with beyond beef and their own special ingredients. they can order additional meatballs as a supplement. the basil pesto had many pine nuts I love! her homemade brot is also vegan so that carb lovers like me can take off. they also have a vegan pink wodka cream sauce. they also have a bakery over the street with several vegan options and grave-and-go sauces."

"We made our first visit in the evening and it was impressive how busy it was. After we got our coffee, we were not surprised by the amount of customers. "This restaurant in Syracuse serves the best Mexican food I have ever had, and is one of the top restaurants I have eaten at in Syracuse overall! I started with the blue margarita, which was delicious and easy to drink, and we also tried the guacamole with avocado pico de gallo, which was unexpected but tasty. For my main course, I had the steak and shrimp, which was incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend it! My stepmother enjoyed the spicy shrimp dish, and my father had a pork dish. We also shared an order of churros, which were all delicious. I would recommend trying everything on the menu! The waiter was very helpful and gave great recommendations when we asked. Give this restaurant a try!"

"terrible service! we order $50 orders weekly, and the last 3 orders and service were terrible! never again and the manager seemed to care when I tried to explain it to him. an order did not arrive until 3 hours after the ordered and expected time of arrival, yesterday ordering was a mess ordered and paid for 2 tacos, only received a specified no hot sauce received hot soße, specified no wobble, received wobbles, etc. when we asked for our order, we have incubated, not how they should treat a customer, let them get a loneliness!"

"Out of all the times I've been here I've had nothing but a great experience!The owner is a kind man who takes time to talk to his patrons and actually tries to remember them which many don't. The staff are attentive and will address any concerns you have in a timely manner. The food is good and always delicious. I love the Yellow curry and for $13-18 depending on if you add additional proteins it's a heafty serving that can keep you going for the day. Please remember this is NOT a chain restaurant this is a family owned one and they do their best! The parking is horrible but that's just Marshal street in general. The negative reviews you see don't seem legit or even valid from my 2+ years coming to this establishment not once have I seen any type of insect or any health concern the restaurant is always clean and welcoming."

"At the first visit of Buddy's (Dinner) I had the chicken garden plate and it was massive! At the point where I challenge 500 calories, it says on the menu second time there, I had the darkened squid. Good, lots of food. Just not as tasteful as the picky kid's chicken garden plate loved the Mac n cheese and offers. Beats Tully is for a comparison. Wait employees have made their rounds frequently, offered refills, how is to go extra napkins, box and dessert. Check was also prompt. I'm sure they got their stuff together. We will return, thank you!"
