"Just wanted to share that it was a ruff day for me so I had to pick me up something to eat on my way home. I chose Burger King tonight. They got my order right. Asked me if I wanted any sauce the first window. When I went to the second window she handed me my food said Thank you to have a good night. That was so pleasant to me. Anywhoo, point being, some ppl just hand you your food. I can't imagine after the day I had I would of had to endure a wrong order or rude service. So Kudos to good Customer Service! It does make a difference! Btw It was 8:28pm on 12/25/22."

"I would rather do anything than write this, but I have to say that the woman who answers the phone at this restaurant is extremely rude! I have been a longtime customer here and have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was today. I called to place a delivery order and the woman on the phone hung up on me not once, but three times. It is inexcusable, even if she is having a bad day. This is poor customer service. At the very least, take my order instead of being so lazy. Food: 4/5"

"Made a reservation for 17 Aug 6pm…. Arrived at 540pm to ensure staff had an opportunity to seat us on time. DID NOT HAPPEN!!! We were the only African American faces in the establishment at this time. The presumed manager came out and greeted us while we waited for the table to be “prepared” however a large (group of 10-13) walked right in and were immediately seated. Sad to say we were not seated and had to stand and at the entrance waiting for another couple that was obviously not done dinning to pay and leave before we could possibly be seated. So myself and my husband made the decision to take our elsewhere. To take the time to make a reservation and still not be seated for the perceived notion of not being part of the target audience due to skin complexion is deplorable and unwarranted. as a dual military couple of over 30+years of combined service to this country that loves the area we will absolutely not recommend this establishment to our fellow brothers and sisters in arms who work very hard and may not have the opportunity to step out with their loved one on a simple date night."

"This restaurant is located in a less populated area with lower property taxes. Despite the presence of local law enforcement passing by multiple times during my visit, La Dalat is worth a try when craving Vietnamese cuisine. The menu may be on the smaller side, but the dishes they offer are excellent. The spring rolls, eggrolls, Pho, and ice coffee were all delicious and well presented. The portions were satisfying for the price and the service was top-notch. The restaurant itself is simple and no-frills. After reading positive reviews online, I decided to give this place a shot and I was not disappointed. I would definitely go back again, but be sure to check their hours beforehand. Overall, a hidden gem worth discovering."

"This restaurant is fantastic. It was very crowded when I arrived. I ordered four loaded breakfast burritos with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cheese, chorizo, sausage, and ham. Despite being told there would be a 10-minute wait (as they were very busy), the food was out in just 8 minutes. The burritos were delicious! I highly recommend stopping by."

"Between the pleasant environment, friendly and attentive staff, and the good food I always leave this olive garden very pleased with my dining experience! We always asks to be seated on Kristin's section because we very much appreciate her attention to detail and her amazing ability to always, without fail, anticipate our needs! And in my opinion, having such a courteous and thoughtful server is most often the one thing that can cause a dining experience that is just good, to go from good to EXCELLENT! All of those reasons why we are always very thankful for Kristin. Next time your there ask for Kristin, all the staff is attentive and helpful, but you WILL NOT regret making the small request to sit in Kristin's section. The food is always good, and I'm always pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food arrived. All in all, with the ongoing level cleanliness the restaurant maintains, food that is always delightful and prompt not you mention very reasonably priced, and a staff that seems to really enjoy making sure you enjoy your meal, and because of all these things I don't hesitate to say this is one of the best olive garden locations that I have ever been to."

"I often visit McDonald's and recently had an issue with the speaker at the drive-thru. When I approached the window to inform them, they claimed they had already tried to communicate with me but I didn't respond and drove away. Despite still being willing to place an order and pay, they refused to take my order at the window. While I understand the need to maintain order, I feel exceptions should have been made given the malfunctioning speaker. This experience left me disappointed as a customer."

"my family and I decided that Dennys would be a good choice for an evening meal in the late night. we came here and everything went normal until we decided to eat more after a few minutes. After 30 minutes we had to ask for someone since nobody came by. it's over an hour now and we still haven't eat ours, I asked for a refill of my sweet tees and instead I got a koks. Personally I work in a kitchen like this and in my experience should never last for so long to make or get out even with 3 chefs that are enough for each station. for my readers I wouldn't show here that this is not the first chaos I had on this site, but it will be my last."

"Came in for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was fast and friendly. I don’t come here very often so I appreciated that staff were patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. I wended put with a bacon egg breakfast sandwich which was very good. Wife and grand daughter had sweets so I stole a bite of wife’s chocolate croissant. Yum! "Rolls are unbeatable. I could come here just because of the rolls and cinnamon butter. Steaks are normally on point and if there were any issues staff kindly handle it. Not the first choice if you want to dine somewhere quiet but that's to be expected of a Texas Roadhouse. "I've heard nothing but great things about this place, so we decided at the last minute to give it a try. GREAT DECISION!!! If you're tired of the chain restaurants with the same old menu 3West is a must try. Started with mussels and deviled eggs. The sauce the mussels were cooked in was amazing, highly recommended. My wife loved the deviled eggs, they has a slight touch of heat at the end which was a nice surprise. For my main I had the pork chops. OMG!! Definitely in the top 3 I've ever had. Cooked perfectly, nice and juicy I could not get enough. There was a hidden gem on the plate, thinly sliced apple pieces. Once I tasted the sauce the subtle but wonderful hint of the apples came front and center. I then found some under the chops, was a wonderful sweet delight with each bite. My wife had the filet mignon. Was a beautiful Angus cut, cooked perfectly (med rare). It looked and tasted amazing. Treat yourself to something different but familiar at the same time. Great food is just a short drive up the road. You are missing out if you don't give it a try...highly recommend!!"

"I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today."
