"I visited this sonic today with two friends to get drinks in the happy hour. this is not my first visit to the sonic and has always received a good service in the past. I was disappointed today when I demanded a double lemon in a 44oz sweet tea when ordering drinks. when the double lemon did not appear on the screen, I asked the person who took my order to double the lemon. I was rudely informed that there were already four to five discs in a 44oz. So, trying to be polite and reasonable, I said that would be in order. we received our drinks in time and drove home. at the arrival I opened the tee to press the lemon slices and to my desmay discovered that what was normally considered a disc lemon was actually halved, so in reality there were only two lemon slices in my tee. I was not happy, but without resort I let it go because I didn't want the 15 minutes drive back to this sonic. then, to add injuries after I sat down to enjoy my drink, I took it up and apparently the cup had a weak spot, broke in and tee went everywhere. I didn't even get two sips. I've been having sonic drinks for years and I've never had one in my hand. funny, the only person in the car that asked for something extra ended without drinking. frustrating to say the least. I know how to make tee and now have a cold glass to finish my day of shopping. what I really want is that sonic rethinks their cup provider and remind the employees that customers really know what they want and when the question is as simple as extra lemon, just be polite and fill the order."

"Second time my wife and I dinned here. New to Texas so second time to Whataburger. First time was excellent. Mid day not busy at all. Waited approximately 10 minutes for food. Everything was as it should be and expected when your paying for something. Manger even came around to say hello and disposed of our trash very nice. Burgers were good in their own right. Though I love the Army and Air Force Exchange burgers you get overseas. Tonight we went at dinner time drive through was packed and inside was 3/4 full. Mostly young employees working, wasn't greeted or acknowledged for several minutes. When the counter person got to us still no greeting. Took our order and I had to request straws. They got them and instead of handing me one they filled up the dispenser. Now the place was busy but they seemed to have plenty of employees working. After sitting down we noticed other people getting restless waiting for their food. Ours took close to 30 minutes. I ordered onion rings they were cold and for $3.29 there were 6 in the box. the spicy chicken sandwich was good as was my wife's burger her fries were warm. My sandwich bun was crushed. I think the person that comes out with the condiments is a waste of an employee's time especially when their busy, I noticed they didn't always come out and people had to go up to the counter anyway. Nice touch when their not busy. Will return but not at peak times."

"today, Friday 28, 2022 I went with my mother to this place and was very excited about an Indian restaurant closer to us. a week earlier I researched Indian restaurants in temple because we were between appointments in scott white hospital and did not want us to go to our beloved chennai cafe in round rock and be too late for our 1 p.m appointment. I have read all 83 reviews carefully and only 3 had a star. big mistake! I should've been aware of these 3 reviews with a star. I ordered the goan portuguese seafood curry because I love seafood and I didn't care that it was the most expensive in the menu, $28. I was in goa and this dish isn't! it was the worst, most terrible meal I had in a long time in a restaurant. for $28 I was dried, tasteless and overcooked salmon, gumy overcooked garnel (4 garnels), 6 mushes (I get 32 ounces for $4.78) that were not mentioned in the menu, 6 pieces calamari and no cod. I asked the waitress where the cod was, the cook told her that, since they did not have cod, they no longer included in the court...go figure! to supplement it, was no rice included, $2 extra if they want it, and no naam bread or papadam that are free with their meals in any authentic Indian restaurant. had I mentioned that the salmon was dry and tasteless, garnel rubbery and tasteless, rice was cold? the chefs put the above seafood in a bowl, pour a gland sauce over it and heat in the microwave. I asked for spicy oil, there were none. I asked about salt because there was no in this dish the basmati rice was only taste cumin seeds. no cardinal or cinnamon, nelling. my mother didn't want to eat there fortunately. I would have wasted my money because she hadn't eaten one of them. we spent 3 months in india, from jaipur, rajastan and delhi to coimbatore, goa, mumbai, so we know how delicious Indian food is. this food is for anyone who doesn't know how authentic Indian food tastes. it's a shame! Do you want authentic? go to the chennai cafe, a South Indian restaurant in round rock. good prices, real Indian cooks and server, but above all most customers are Indian (I bet the owners of bombay central when they are india eating at chennai). so that they know is great and authentic tasting, all fresh, they get a lot of food (especially when they order the ankles) and the prices are appropriate. bombay central food wein cocktails give authentic Indian cuisine a bad call, especially if the owners are Indian. they should eat the food they serve to see what a embarrassing **** they sell."

"Horrible customer service on every level. Today I placed an order and handed an employee my credit card. And never seen him again. Waited about twenty five minutes as everyone who pulled up behind me got their orders and left. I had to call the store and ask for either my food or my credit card via phone. They sent out someone totally different and said they gave my credit card to someone else and they were going to attempt to Google/Facebook/social media this person and get my card back. I asked to speak to a manager and that lady was absolutely terrible. No remorse or admittance of any sort. She told me to just leave, I was obstructing other customers. I then asked for the owner or a corporate number. She gave me the number to a child who said this has happened before and it’s just a mistake, not to worry about it. The manager whose information I was given, refused to give me any number or email higher than his own. So I called the police. They dispatched an amazing officer who sadly told me this location has actually given him someone else’s card before. Clearly, this location needs a system overhaul, and an owner that will actually post their information should you have an issue. Management shouldn’t drag there knuckles at these systemic issues. Keep in mind, this is the same location that cannot accept cash tips due to an unspecified employee scandal. Absolute $h!t show at the Adams Ave Bush’s in Temple Texas every-time. I support Bush’s as a brand. Just not this location. Shady, incompetent, unwilling to right or admit their wrongs."
