"There is a reason why some restaurants are overlasting others. Hugos has been on my list for a while, first to see why the Taco stand catty corner in the restaurant always swung with activity. These tacos must be really good. I never did it, but the restaurant first tried. Mathew, our server, was professional and didn't **** us at all and did a great job. Our food was fantastic, with the salmon tacos and quinoa salad. The salad was loaded with substance and the salmon was perfectly cooked with a little crisp, without being dry. Wine flights were super fun and a great way to try the different options on the menu. Parking was fine, but if you have a large vehicle, it can be difficult in its amount. Overall, great restaurant in fact."
