"Both items in the order had been sitting for longer than needed to. We received a text at 18:12 advising food was ready. Arrived 5-10 after and 10 minute drive home. Daughters noodles where solidified in the shape of the container, her beef was not cook through and somewhat raw inside. My orange chicken was very soft, broccoli did not have a good coloring and the spring rolls were soft and mushy. I can only assume they do not have the capability of deep frying items for crispness."

"It’s 2:30 pm on a Saturday placed a carry out order. Credit card was charged, received 2 confirmation emails. Drove to get the food and the restaurant is closed with lights off. Called many times, no response. Google also says should be open until 8:00 pm tonight. The food is just okay here so we would not order from here again and risk this huge waste of time!"

"I'm not the one to give less than good reviews. In fact, if I dislike the service and have nothing good to say, I keep quiet and avoid going back. However, this place offered less than optimal service on multiple occasions and last one upset me enough to bring it up. I took my son and 3 of his friends to Asian buffet for his birthday. After their first plate of food I was given the bill. I told our server we were not done, but I received nothing but rude, rushed service. Finally I went to play the bill and the cashier snatched the receipt out of my hand rushing us out. This is not an experience I wished to receive for my son's birthday after spending over $120 at the restaurant. I always felt this place lacked manners as well as appropriate service and I do not recommend bringing your hungry kids to, regardless of how much money you're willing to spend. I always happily leave more than generous tip, but this time was the exception accordingly to poor service."

"Love Pinchers!! This is definitely one of the small scaled ones but perfect for families n in an outdoor mall setting. I worked at the one in Bonita Springs years ago n love the way this restaurant is run n focused on customers!! They had a musician playing music in the patio by the bar which was a GREAT touch!!"

"The loud music and party music needs to go. If you're there relaxing or working or studying or just want to have a conversation the music is loud to talk over. I would not come here again. The other panera bread on 54 is nice and quiet. Friendly to work, study, and relax. Also there is not enough outlets to charge your phone or laptop. The food is OK, I'm not to impressed. I ordered a coffee and it was terrible. Cost over $3 for coffee. I went to wawas after to get better coffee, and that's not over priced."

"On 2/16/24 I came into Starbucks to sit down in the lobby. A man came into the building with a woman and got in line together. I am a regular customer at this location and I have seen this man many times here. I noticed he was staring at me while I was sitting down at the big table. I decided to go to the bathroom and leave after because I felt uneasy and uncomfortable. When I came out of the bathroom he was still standing in line and was staring at me. I was trying to look over at the baristas to see if anyone wasn't busy so I could talk to them about how I was feeling. At this point, I was feeling unsafe and decided to just go to my car and leave. The man followed me out to my car and stood about 3 feet away from my car door as I got into my car and he was staring at me. I waved my hands at him to get him to leave me alone and get away from my car. He just looked around like he was trying to see if anyone saw him and went back into the starbucks. This is not my first uneasy feeling about this customer. I come to this starbucks on a regular basis and I have seen this customer watch inappropriate content on his computer in the lobby, stare at girls chests/backside, and approach young girls. Your business should not allow a man to regularly come in and harass young girls and follow them out to their cars. Your business should not allow a man to watch inappropriate pornography in your lobby when there are children sitting right next to him. Today was th first time I have truly ever felt unsafe coming to starbucks. I genuinely thought he was going to try and touch me or grab me as I was leaving the building. I would like to understand why this person is allowed to have service here at our community starbucks."

"You could definitely tell both containers were thawed and re-frozen. The M&M container was the worse of the two. The candy had melted towards the side of the container and had been re-frozen. We have never had a problem in the past with this Twistee-Treat in the past."
