"It takes a different kind of skill to repeatedly fail to execute orders properly and it takes an equally unique set of skills to respond with passive aggressive disinterest.Imagine being the first customer of the day and you hand the clerk a perfectly written order on a piece of paper.....the clerk reads it off, enters the order and then you go home, the wife opens her order then gives me a look of disgust and asks, "how did they make it wrong again? "So, I call and politely express my dismay and they guy answering the phone, sounding half awake, says, "what do you want us to do? "How about care?"

"Loved the food we had here. Plenty of veggies and sauce in my falafel pita. The fries were nice and crispy but not burnt. My daughter got the grilled cheese pita, which was also yummy (I helped her finish it). There were tables for outdoor dining. Some of which had more shade than others. The service was pretty quick, considering that it was pretty busy right after opening. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly."

"The lunch visit was atrocious! We thought we'd sit outside on this beautiful Labor Day. There was a family with a dog, no big deal, but when they left, there was dog food all over the patio and during our whole time there for lunch, nobody came and bussed the table and cleaned the mess they left. Then it took FOREVER to get our food. We were patient, it was a holiday and we were enjoying our day off work. But after 40 minutes waiting for our food, it was starting to get annoying. Especially during this time when a lady from the bar came outside three times with her beer and cigarette! Then the kicker was when a manager (we assume, he was wearing a black polo with Glory Days logo) arrived for work. Sat down and talked to this woman, put his shoes ON A TABLE and they were dropping the F bomb in their very loud conversation. We aren't prudes by any means, but have a little class! Get your shoes off the table where someone will sit and eat, and watch your language in front of customers! My chicken sandwich was burnt beyond wanting to eat it, my husband's wings were disgusting. Never again!!! The food, the service, and the management is the worst in town! Go somewhere else for lunch. Don't waste your money!UPDATE: I sent an email as requested to the manager, and he did not respond. His response was only so the public would think he actually made amends for the poor service we received. He does not care about how customers are treated. It was probably him who was out on the patio with his shoes on the table and cussing in front of customers"

"Very nice establishment! Enough space, not crowded. Great coffee, edible pastry, maybe not too fresh. All that was going OK until we 've met the owner who was not friendly and bossy. To add insult to injury, she was barking her orders about mask. Not asking nicely, but just ordering as if she is an authority and I have to obey her. I have nothing against wearing the mask as I was and just lowered it for a moment to open my phone (face detection) but a respectful approach goes long way. Not a place for me anymore, tyrant wannabe"
