"One of my reasons for a star could not be completely in its control, as far as personnel go. Pizzas were ready for 15 minutes after app said it would, so a total of an hour. The ordered pizzas were just pepperoni extra best. I went in to get order, as the app said, they couldn't get it in the heat wonder thing. So I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes while my pizzas sit on the rack, just behind the counter while the workers walk around and don't even recognize me. I finally got the two pizzas and bread sticks. Second reason for a star. The bread was evil. You could hit a piece against the table and make a clunk sound. No game. When I stood at the counter, I noticed 20 or so the bags of pre-baked bread at 7:00. I'm sure that had something to do with it. Then we open the pizza boxes and they look like the normal $5 paprika chops. Not only were they not very good I was overpaid. Both bread and pizza were hardly warm. I get it, with little Ceasers you get what you pay. My expectations are never going high, but usually the bread can bend, pizza has a little more taste in it. You'd think the order would be easy to get right over the app. App deleted and remind the woman that I don't go back there if my memory fog. I can get Domino's pickup for the same price and it far exceeds this competition. Eating is better, they are faster, and customer service is always top notch."
