"We went to the 1863 Grill to celebrate our son in the United States Air Force Academy. We had wings with the dry house rub and the BLT dip for starters...both plenty of portions and very delicious! I had the darkened salmon for dinner... a large part that was cooked in the place and tasted delicious! My husband had a sandwich with pulled pork, brisket and hot link panes while our son had the Isaac Jackson Sirloin Steak; both were perfectly cooked. And good news... they sell Big Timber beers! We were filled, so there was no room to have dessert, but... that's okay because you packed their signature cinnamon rolls to take home with you! Our wonderful waitress Maddi even wrote congratulations...

We are always happy to go to this place, especially on Brunch Sunday. Great food and a pleasant atmosphere. We always ask Zach as our waiter, he really makes the experience worth and treats us like we family. We will continue to be back for the staff, the ambience and of course the cinnamon rolls!

Sunday, 22. July was our 40 anniversary so we were the same route as our Honeymoon and the 1863 Grill where we eat. After the text I found out that they have a soft opening, so we went all I can say is WOW the staff treats us like family and the FOOD was great loaded Nachos 9 , Surf and Turf 9, Prime Rib 8.5 as BBQ cook itself I will tell you the Carolina BBQ sauce is in the top 3 I ever had and the desserts 9.5 We will be back and wont wait 40 yrs this time Thank you Big Frank and Pam

Had Christmas dinner, almost completely furnished by the 1863 grill. 3 brisket, 1 piece of pork, pulled chicken and Italian sausage! In addition, there are two whole ribs! Absolutely the best Christmas meal each of us can remember and all the meat for less the $110.00. The brisket melts in your mouth and the only remains we had were about half of pulled chicken. Incredibly delicious food. Didn't even give a sauce to the Briske. Have some of them eaten quite simply and some of them as a sandwich. It is the 1863 grill for our family now! You have to try to do it!
