"53 Chophouse was everything my friends said it would be. The service was outstanding. The wine opened well and was delicious. The oysters tasted like they were harvested that afternoon. My wife and I split a 24 ounce ribeye that melted in our mouths. The sides (corn risotto, hash browns and grilled Parmesan asparagus) were more than enough for four people. Our waiter (Jeff) was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and the manager even came over to us to thank us for coming in.
