"needs a more organized team and an actual manager that offers professionalism consistently in front of the house. the majority of food is extremely tasty, but not all and menu should be online every day also less is best so it does not exhaust the people b4 happy hour. not a good or inviting look to go and see the owner either drink or give them the business profits. bathroom smell so bad and it's the first thing that hits you when going in the front door dead. needed place and room detail sign so not 1 person must formidable also some workers need to show less skin and an inviting attraction for the eyes"

"We stopped for a late lunch and the sign outside informed potential customers that the business was short staffed and asked patrons to please be patient. So we entered. Two people were paying and leaving, one person was seated and eating, and then us. We were seated and placed our orders and were served very quickly. That was the end of the service. The waitress never came back to check on us. When she finally came back, I asked for the check and inquired about the slice of pie that comes with the burger and pie special. She said she had forgotten about the pie. So I asked for her to bring it in a to go box. She came back with the pie and I asked if I pay her or the front counter. She said front counter, so I got up and walked to the front to pay. The second customer had finished also so both of us were standing at the front register waiting to pay.And waited...And waited...Now mind you...I had just asked the lady where I should pay. There were three people behind a partition laughing and talking about personal stories, and both of us...the other customer, could clearly hear them having a great time while we just stood there and waited. We were the only 2 customers in the entire restaurant and both of us were trying to get our dinner paid for so we could get back on the road.Finally, the waitress who brought my check to me wandered out during a lull in the behind the partition conversation, and had a big eyed look of surprise on her face as if the last two customers had magically appeared at the payment counter!She took our money and we got out of there.Management...just because the sign on the door says short staff...be patient, doesn't mean that 3 employees can't take care of 2 customers.No wonder the restaurant was empty.Next door, the Blue Dolphin restaurant had a full lunch parking lot. Perkins had nothing. So choose wisely patrons...choose wisely."

"I rarely ever complain but I have never experienced worse costumer service. I am a fairly regular and usually am greeted by some very nice ladies however today there was an issue with a sandwich I had ordered. After telling two people I had ordered an egg and cheese and received a sandwich with bacon they went back to remake it (after crumbling the previous sandwich) and I was handed another bacon egg and cheese. I then had to repeat myself again asking for just an egg and cheese and with some attitude from one guy and another guy talking slow/mocking me I finally was thrown a mid egg and cheese. No worker should ever be belittling costumers with that much attitude"

"Just ate here for the first time with family. The atmosphere was very approachable and casual, we were greeted and told we could seat ourselves when we entered. There 's a bar side and a dining room in the restaurant, and we decided to sit in a booth on the bar side because we thought it was a little cozier and actually quieter than the dining room. After we sat down, a waitress was right with us to bring water, and came back quickly to get our drink orders. She was friendly and consistently there when we needed something but not over attentive. I started with their house Blackberry Sangria (red wine base). It was a lot sweeter than I was expecting (and went down super easy as a result) but very tasty. They also had a Peach Sangria with white wine, which my parents ordered and I tasted, and this was equally good. Then I got my salad and breadsticks appetizer. The breadsticks were really nice they were like a homemade version of an Olive Garden breadstick. I loved their Italian dressing too, it was very vinegar y. I had the Lobster Ravioli for my entree. I really liked the unique touch of the seafood cream sauce instead of a plain white sauce, and the filling was delicious. For dessert, I had the Tiramisu, and had a taste of the Lemon Berry Mascarpone Cake and Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake that my parents ordered. The cake was a little crumbly but still good, and otherwise everything was lovely. The cheesecake might 've been my favourite for the texture which was like heaven for the one bite that I had. The portions were really generous (my mom and I had leftovers), and the prices are great for how much we got and how good it was."
