"I have visited this restaurant several times in the past and loved it. This experience was very disappointing and has likely changed our mind about visiting this restaurant again in the future. Our server was nice but inexperienced (didn't seem to notice empty glasses, I had to ask for everything we needed, things like that, but we eventually got it and he was pleasant). Other tables seemed to be getting more attention than us. Not all menu items were available even though we were one of the first tables and the menus were just printed for that service. My childrens' meals were overpriced and terrible. It's hard to mess up chicken tenders, but they were very bland and dry. The pasta portion...

We had a lovely Easter Brunch. Food was great. I had the crab cakes yum and the buscarata(spelling) salad. Both were very good. Creme Brulee for dessert was perfect.

It was a birthday dinner for my 20-year-old daughter. Everything was outstanding.....the food, service, and ambiance. I love this place for many reasons, but one is that it is very quiet and civilized. Excellent martini's. The waiter was extremely efficient and friendly!

The crab cake small plate was disappointing. I could not detect any crabmeat in the cake. It was more like mashed potatoes cake. It didn’t even taste like crab. And the BBQ sauce did not help. The fried spinach leaves were a nice touch. The Hopedale fish was grouper, but the filet was small and slightly over cooked . I did not detect any lump crabmeat on top. $130 for two people. The other person said the steak was good, albeit expensive.The bread was like two Pillsbury frozen rolls.

"Upon entering the restaurant the first thing I saw was a man sitting in flip flops with his disgusting dirty feet projected out into the aisle. We ordered a couple of appetizers which were quite good and served somewhat timely. A large table of diners were seated near us with many guests and this is where our service went bad as we rarely saw the waiter as he knew this table would render him a larger tip than ours. The braised osso bucco was decent but lackluster. My wife ordered the New York strip that was tough, overcooked and grisly. Clearly this steak was not prime nor was it choice, possibly it was select maybe from Walmart. The restaurant itself is very nice. Our waiter was professional but slow and I rarely saw him. The support staff was mindless. The appetizers above average but can be duplicated at home. Napkins were were full of lint and need to be replaced. Won 't be back. Dennis M. Scaccia"

"My visit coincided with what I thought would be a busy period, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not overly crowded. The food served was enjoyable and added a nice touch to our late-night outing with friends. I would also like to commend the excellent service provided by our waiter. "I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This restaurant truly deserves every one of its five stars. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy, creating the perfect ambiance for a great meal. The attention to the customer service was exceptional specially being a chain. All employees seem to enjoy working here."

"First off if I could pick less stars I would. One of the waiters followed me outside to ban me from the restaurant because I did not tip due to the fact that my order was completely wrong on every level and I had to listen to his loud mouth talking abouthis plight as a muslim for the duration of my meal. My company and my dinner date's company frequents this poor excuse for anestablishment 3 to 4 days a week. That ended tonight!!!
