"I was stranded in Baltimore during a recent storm on my way back to DC. My car's heat wasn't working, making it hard to see through the windshield. I managed to reach the Holiday Inn/Radisson. The Holiday Inn was fully booked and wouldn't accommodate new guests until 3:00 pm. The woman at the front desk was unkind and unprofessional. I tried the Radisson next door and was able to get a room with Elijah, who was fantastic. Despite the heat not working in that room, the staff tried to fix it promptly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this restaurant. The staff was kind, thoughtful, and inviting, and the room was impeccably clean. I was especially impressed by the housekeeping staff, who were always busy but willing to help. The location was convenient and the decor was tasteful.

Needs a lot of fixing up! Not clean. Had to change rooms due stain on sheet and toilet did not flush. Do not eat in restaurant. The breakfast was horrible . Pancakes more like hockey pucks. I did not feel safe walking around the area. Trash everywhere, homeless people and feces on ground. Never going back!!

I made a reservation for a 5-night stay in late May at a restaurant six months ago. Unfortunately, I recently received notice that my room has been canceled. While I was refunded my money, I am now having trouble finding a room in the inner harbor area. The available rooms are all quite far from the event I am attending and those that are available are much more expensive. This unexpected cancellation has significantly disrupted my carefully planned vacation. In my opinion, Radisson is not a reliable option.
