This was a collective vote....5 out of 5 stars as an overall rating. First, the grounds are amazing, gorgeous, well maintained, pristine and inviting. The building itself lights up at night and is just beautiful. Inside, is as to be expected for a B&B, looks old worldy but fits the theme perfectly. Beds are a little crickly and floors squeak when you walk but the bed was comfy and showers awesome. A little odd to have a sink right in the room but we got over that quickly. Breakfast was very English , small portions by American standards but delicious. Frest fruit. Juice and tea/coffee along with whatever the chef cooks up for you.
