We have been coming to blu burger for a while; but the last 2 times the burgers were crunchy and old for sure; it made us very sad because we love the staff they have always been kind to us!!! But the burgers sucked big time!!!!!!

So myself and some coworkers have been trying to get food here on the weekends for a few weeks now but they never once picked up the phone after even about 8 phone calls... and yes, I double and triple checked the hours of operation. Here is a message to them that also shows my message was read and they never responded. Really?
