"The burger was so good, there was no time to even take a photo of it.Patty was well seasoned, burger was beautifully stacked, bacon strips were a perfect cut thickness , onions cooked to a gorgeous glazy sweetness, sauces were saucin', the fries tasted like they were cut fresh, I think the onion rings are beer-battered (they were gone in .2 seconds so i can't remember tbh) and deep-fried into a dark golden crisp. We have been coming to blu burger for a while; but the last 2 times the burgers were crunchy and old for sure; it made us very sad because we love the staff they have always been kind to us!!! But the burgers sucked big time!!!!!!

So myself and some coworkers have been trying to get food here on the weekends for a few weeks now but they never once picked up the phone after even about 8 phone calls... and yes, I double and triple checked the hours of operation. Here is a message to them that also shows my message was read and they never responded. Really?
