Tons of options to customize your bowl and super fresh ingredients! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as I learned to order. They make a quality product and give great service and I know this which is why I go there?tonight, the product was not up to the standard I expect from them and I told them how I felt. They made it right and made my night and that is how a dining experience should be. It can?t be perfect every time no matter how hard you try, but how you handle those moments speaks volumes and what they spoke to me this evening is that they care, and it showed. "I am not sure what to say. This place was amazing, I am not sure what happened. I used to come here everyday but I can promise that I will ever come again. I came in this morning and got a bowl with chicken shawarma, and a medium side of fries. That was a mistake. The fries are sooo soggy, the garlic sauce has way to much garlic, Workers are rude! There is this young man who goes in to a room in the back and when he comes out he goes talks to the workers for a little bit, and in fact he did more then talked. He was yelling at one of the employees. Last time I came to this place was in January. There was the very nice guy he was a little older in age. He was so nice and he wanted everything perfect. I noticed that he would teach the workers through his son. I'm guessing he did that so the workers don't feel targeted and that was a fantastic strategy. He reminded me of my grandfather. My advise to bring this restaurant back is bring back the amazing atmosphere. Bring back the original manager, Bring back the original food, and lastly make an atmosphere that the workers want to work in not get yelled at."
