I have been acting as a patron of Bobo’s for my years in Tucson in the late 1990s, and I have never failed to inspire myself. I have just read a ton of online reviews for Bobos on other sites, and they basically cook up to two camps/types of people: 1) people who know what a fat spoon is and what it should be for the big scarf and community culture – not necessarily a clean or fast experience. You will probably have to wait, things appear dusty and/or dirty, the kitchen is open and the chefs are alive (fighting, sing whatever), and it is almost always packed.
