"Truly the environment is so welcoming! This spot is speak Bourbon with deep dark wood grain seating, high chairs and amazing staff I was impressed. My first date here and my live for freshly made dough this is why I’m a pizza connoisseur lol. The owner was actually hosting and very beautiful spirit!! always delicious! LOVE the traditional crust pizza! this past weekend i ordered carry out with a couple of special requests despite them being EXTREMELY busy, as well as short-staffed, they had forgotten to accommodate my special requests didn’t even ask if i was okay with just taking the pizza they made, just went ahead remade the whole thing, which was very much appreciated! always worth the drive from Lburg!!!! "Dined at Ricatoni's lastnight. When we first walked in the 2 hostesses that were at the door were annoyed that we even walked through the door. The attituded dripped from their voice when they asked us how many (2). When the hostess sat us she slammed the menus down and walked off. When the hostess returned with our bread she slammed those down on the table as well, and walked off. The server was excellent and the food was wonderful. The hostesses appearance was not the best, they both look as if they just rolled out of bed and threw a dirty over sized shirt. Maybe they were having a bad night or just hate their jobs but either way, they are the first impression for the restaurant, and might want to atleast be cheerful when customers walk through the door."

"I absolutely love Jack's! Today, though—oh my goodness! Every employee was overwhelmed. The microwave broke, which meant no pancakes, and the restaurant was packed with customers who had already placed their orders. Some people were getting quite frustrated because their orders were incomplete. My order was incorrect as well. The staff was so busy that it felt almost impossible for them to keep up. Things got a bit heated at the front counter and drive-thru a few times. After about 35 minutes of waiting, they finally managed to catch up and get our orders sorted out. It was a long wait and a bit chaotic, but I know it was just a rough day. I still love Jack's!"
