I took my mother for her day and we could sit in the library, but the whole house It is open to look around and when you have time. The food is very good but one primarily goes here for the ambience of eating in a historic manor. The character and atmosphere varies from room to room, which adds to the charm. The opportunity for unique menu items, such as Elk Wellington or boar is also very attractive. It's pricy but worth it at least once.

Amazing venue for a wedding!! Perfect in every way!! Janet and staff were great in coordinating our special day from the beautiful outdoor setting for our ceremony to the fantastic meal for our reception! We even had our own private room for our reception to accommodate our small group. The historic Tudor mansion provided breath taking pictures both inside and out. Highly recommend this venue for your wedding day.
