"Made an online order and was told that it would be over an hour to pick-up. I arrived 10 minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. Was told that order was ready and I ask how long it had been ready and was told 15 minutes. And they hadn't called to let us know that it was ready. Order was over 40.00$ and food was cold, the fries sucked. Customer service is not a priority with this company."

Amazing food and drinks staff where for the most part friendly. They could have been a little more intuitive and courteous. But overall food amazing and great atmosphere

ripoff! this is the slowest place in the city! we were there at 9:30 a.m. on a Monday evening with maybe 4 other tables. it took 30 minutes to get an order of nachos and salat. $1 a piece for a boneless wing the size of a chicken bug!

The GM is rude. Waited 1.5 hrs for a 45 min wait and when asked why we couldn't sit at multiple tables we were told we can run the floor if we could do better. To top it off we found out our name was never put in the system to show we had been waiting even though we had been sitting inside the whole time
