"I should preface this by saying that I went on New Years Eve and restaurants can have offer special pre-fixed menus, or special seating arrangements that can effect the diners' experiences. This was not the case here. We ordered from the regular menu and there were tables available all night. And rather than go on and on, I'll offer this quick review: The food was incredible, so well-conceived, executed, and plated. The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant is located inside Hotel Saint Regis. It has a lovely ambiance, a fantastic wine selection, and offers a variety of traditional Spanish dishes.
