"I should preface this by saying that I went on New Years Eve and restaurants can have offer special pre-fixed menus, or special seating arrangements that can effect the diners' experiences. This was not the case here. We ordered from the regular menu and there were tables available all night. And rather than go on and on, I'll offer this quick review: The food was incredible, so well-conceived, executed, and plated. Mi esposa y yo fuimos de vacaciones a CDMX. Comimos aquí en nuestra primera noche en la ciudad y la comida era fantástica. El chef ejecutivo Norberto Ruiz vino a nuestra mesa y fue muy amable. Mi esposa es celiaca y nos guió a través del menú. Esperamos volver aquí algún día, ya que fue una experiencia culinaria increíble.

la comida es deliciosa, desde las entradas las botellas y las croquetas de jamón eran deliciosos. los platos fuertes que pedimos para varios de los que tuve que probar: la fabada era buena, un arroz con muy buen marisco (es compartir,) jugado con el kefir altamente recomendado. el restaurante no estaba lleno, había varias mesas sin ocupación y todavía el servicio era regular y los camareros no sabían el detalle de varios platos (ingredientes)
