"I went to the restaurant and ordered a chicken strip meal. When I got home, I realized they had given me chicken nuggets instead. I drove back to the restaurant and before I could say what was wrong, the manager asked if I was there for chicken strips. He quickly gave me the correct order, but I asked for them to be freshly made because I was worried they would be cold by the time I got home. The staff seemed annoyed about it, but remade the order. This time, they gave me small strips instead of the medium ones I had paid for. I questioned this and they only offered to give me the same small size again, implying they had made a mistake the first time. I was upset that they were so careless...

I tried the Santa Darling sandwich at this restaurant and it was hot and delicious. The fries were fresh and tasty. I want to commend the person who took my order and worked at the counter, as she was very friendly and polite to everyone. A great addition to Carl's! I visited on 6/29/22 at 11:46 am.

The staff members taking orders at this establishment are extremely impolite. I ordered 2 Famous Stars with cheese, but the girl taking my order kept inputting it as a combo meal. After three failed attempts, I told her it was still incorrect. She then proceeded to yell at me, saying she was busy and to drive to the window. There were no other customers waiting inside or in front of me in the drive-thru. I have worked at this Carl's Jr. back in 1984, and my daughter worked there in 2013, so I know it's not difficult. There is no need to yell at customers simply because you are unable to do your job efficiently.
