"My wife and I met our friends at Uproot for a weekday dinner get together and had a wonderful experience. Solid drink menu with a very diverse food menu where everyone should be able to find something they will like. We will definitely back."

"Food was good, we usually enjoy Carrabas food. It was not fantastic but good. Service, I'm sorry to say, was lacking. Our waitress was nice, but even though the place was nearly empty, she did not check in with us. We had to flag her down to get drink refills, etc. Unfortunate, because it was an extended family dinner, and I wish we had gone somewhere else. Service: Dine in"

"I do not know how this place is able to serve large quantities of delicious, high quality food for such a decent price, but they do. I am not from the area and had heard good things from several locals and decided to search out this place; I'm glad I did. I came to breakfast and it was huge! I couldn't finish everything. It was ordered and was so good that I came back for lunch. Your half sandwiches are HUGE! I can't imagine how big a whole thing would be. If you're here and you haven't eaten here, you're gone. If you skip the chains and eat well in the area."

"Best Giro I had and (surprisingly) best pommes in the city a crispy, spiced, bunch of steak cut friars that are much for two or three people. I can't complain and I'm a repeat customer. And if the classic gyro is halfway on Tuesdays, it's a steal I have to recommend. My only complaint is that there is no salt or pepper in sight that prevents the frits from reaching their full potential."
