"First time here. Worst service I’ve received at a restaurant in a long, long time. Came in with my husband and toddler. We were seated. Our waitress came like 15 minutes later and mumbled “Drinks?” We ordered waters and our kid’s meal. She came back with waters and at that time we ordered our food and a margarita. Margarita never comes. Kid’s food eventually comes. We wait and wait and wait for about an hour. In this time, a family of 6 has been seated behind us and have already received their food. She doddles up fo our table after talking to the table next to us looking confused and says “Do you all need something?” Still trying to be polite, we says “Just some more water when you get a c...

Not busy, but no one acknowledged us when we walked in, for over 5 min. We couldn't find our server for drink refills, box, and check. Asked another to help us.. . 15 min later he brought our check, still no box or drinks. Bathroom was not clean and had no paper towels or lids on the trash cans in the stalls, so it smelled bad. The food wasn't bad, but the experience was not even average!

Well, we sit down. Ordered drinks, cheesy sauce and of course they bring the sauce and chips. My 6 yr old had to go to the bath room.. got back to the table and it was all cleaned up . REALLY....she ordered fries and burger, well it is a plain burger, no nothing on it ,,,it was tough, and burned.. no remorse from any of them. They kelp asking me if I wanted a to go box, I hadn't even gotten my meal yet....last time there.

We order here alot for our business. However today was awful the food was cold and wrong, the person at the front check out was extremely rude. When I called to talk to the manager the one that checked us out said he was the manager but with his attitude he does not need to be in management period. Never asked did we want a refund nor did he offer to replace the wrong orders. I gave them a 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave a review or they wouldn't have gotten that.
