"I have been to Chapin's in Denis for years. Tried the Denisport location and was disappointed. The personnel were not friendly. We sat at the bar to eat dinner. Ordered Shrimp Scampi. Asked for some bread was told there would be an upcharge for bread. Had to ask for cheese and salt and pepper. The food was served on a soggy paper plate and was just ok. I'm not use to eating off a paper plate at Chapin's. This location is not like the Chapin's in Denis. Looks like customer satisfaction at this location is less than what I expected from this restaurant. The Skipper is a better choice."
