"we had a terrible experience in cheddar’s kitchen in london, kentucky almost a week ago. We were told someone would reach us, but nobody bothered. So, here's what happened. Monday evening (3/21) our drinks were delivered and our server had an accident. a glass tee slipped out of her hand and scattered, spray liquid and broken glass. my wife had small cuts on her hand and foot, was wet - along with her leather handbag. Everyone enjoyed the meal! Food is always good, and our waitress, Kimberly made sure that our every need was taken care of. She was upbeat,and friendly. Made our outing a fun afternoon.

our server was super friendly! he can't remember his name, but he was nice. it was very clean. great prices. I want the swirl to ring! only and fyi, the menu says red bean and rice and does not say that there are also pieces of meat in it. (I don't eat meat) so I had to bring it back to the kitchen and get something else. but beyond that it was great!

1 dinner was great. The other dinner was supposed to be breaded chicken on a piece of dry toast covered in gravy. It took 35 minutes to get the gravy. It took a good while to get the dinner removed from the check. I am not paying for something like that. We tried and tried to get a waiter or waitress but no one would come back to our table. Finally, we spoke to a different waiter. He told the manager we didn't like our food at all. That's NOT what was said. The mgr approached us about not liking the food ? after another 20 min, he FINALLY removed it from the receipt. Also, the strawberry lemonade was out of lemonade.
