"The highlight of the meal was the soups, which were the best part of the order but needed to be reheated. However, the Lunch Combo Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl had ripe avocados with brown streaks and the cheese was melted into a clump in one corner. The overall quality was so poor that the dish was not salvageable. The Lunch Combo Half Order Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas also needed to be reheated, and there was a small cup of salsa for a large portion of chips. This was my first time ordering lunch from Chilis, and it will definitely be my last."

I absolutely love the bacon ranch double cheeseburger! It's huge, delicious, and completely satisfying. This is definitely my go-to favorite!

Always excellent food and service. The 3 for $10 deal offers a variety of great options. The service is always fast. The chicken tortilla soup is a delicious starter. Highly recommend.

Although there was a mistake with our order, the server quickly corrected it and provided efficient service by promptly bringing drinks and checking on us regularly. Overall, excellent service!
