Dawn took great care of us. The food was perfect. Steak, scallops, and shrimp all cooked perfectly.

We love Outback! Our salads are the best ever, so Fresh! My husband had the perfectly grilled salmon and I get the 11 oz. Sirloin and cut it in half and give him half. The food was cooked perfectly and my steak was delicious. Thank you Norena for your outstanding service.

"After 40 minutes of sitting without being hit by a waitress, we left. Full staff was on the back with the play-up and play-off and the three tables waiting with us, as well as with us. I have fun, but not even an employee on the ground for half an hour, and that includes the bar? I've never seen such a terrible service in my life."

"We've lived in the area for about 7 months and every time we come here, there's a staff issue. Today was the last time we're coming in here. The hostess, Alexia, is not friendly or welcoming!!! She didn't smile, no greeting, just follow her. She walked by our table a few times, after we were seated, and gave us dirty looks each time!! We don't know her and I don't know why she kept giving us looks, even my husband commented. Considering this today and that our first experience here was the bartender who left mid-shift, and three managers couldn't get the bar area handled, back on Mother's Day, I just don't understand why this restaurant struggles for competent help!! My husband and I both work in customer service, and are puzzled about the bad service when this place seems busy most of the time."

"Absolutely worth it! The quality and quantity were outstanding, everything was DELICIOUS, and it arrived within 30 minutes on a Saturday night. All the hot items were warm and the cold items stayed cold. The parmesan truffle fries were still crispy (YUM!), and the fresh veggies in our salads were just as crunchy. We also received complimentary WARM loaves of bread accompanied by "condiments": olive oil and a special blend of oregano and seasonings for dipping, along with grated parmesan, of course. The packaging was excellent, complete with cheerful little notes, and there was absolutely no spillage! Not a single thing was wrong with our order. I believe this is the first 5-star review we’ve ever given, and we’re thrilled to do it. We will definitely be back!"

"Before, we used to go always to Flippers in Old Town Kissimmee, and we loved their pizza and service. Now we have moved to Eustis and decided to go nearest Flippers Pizzeria, ordered as usual cauliflower crust, the bottom of the pizza dirty black like they don't clean equipment for baking goods. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures, but I definitely will be back to check if they fix the issue."

"The highlight of the meal was the soups, which were the best part of the order but needed to be reheated. However, the Lunch Combo Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl had ripe avocados with brown streaks and the cheese was melted into a clump in one corner. The overall quality was so poor that the dish was not salvageable. The Lunch Combo Half Order Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas also needed to be reheated, and there was a small cup of salsa for a large portion of chips. This was my first time ordering lunch from Chilis, and it will definitely be my last."
