"I haven't been to this Dairy Queen's location in a hot minute let alone Dairy Queen's in awhile so me and my mother decided to stop here to get us a bit to eat for dinner. I've never had an issue in the past with this place, the service the staff has always been excellent but today? Absolutely terrible, out of all the drive-thru servers I've had to deal with when visiting, Dawanna is by far your worst one, not only does she have terrible manners, her attitude needs to be checked too. I didn't notice her once wash her hands after she pushed her hands through her braids yet she's steady fixing drinks, food handing money too. Horrible service. Takes way too long to get a order even when only two or three vehicles in line. Still can't go inside. It's June 30, 2022 and that alone is stupid.

They are not up to date with THEIR APP. I placed an order and had a in app coupon to scan which would've cut my order price in half, but they couldn't scan it. I told them I'm sorry, but I can't/won't pay that, the only reason I came was to save. They just stared at me, so I left. Lol
