"Stayed at harrahs for a birthday. Front desk customer service sucks! They are rude and don't know much about the rooms or amenities. Ended up having a flood in my room on the first night we checked in! Water was coming out the bottom of the wall, which also had an electrical socket! Could have been major issues if never addressed. Called the front desk right away to inform them of my issue and they sent the maintenance. The house keeping supervisor, Iracel was soooo amazing! She literally was so so sweet, so kind, so caring and concerned about my flood and making sure we were happy! Iracel upgraded our room to one of the nicest suites with no charge! She took into consideration the birthday...

Do not provide you with swimmers for the lazy river bring your own job to make sure you have your pool pass before you come there when you use the self-check-in The food is subpar.

Had some great days with the family. Great room plenty of choice of food and the pool is amazing. Played some table games and had a great time. I will definitely be back!!! A hidden gem

I'm so disappointed with the restaurants in Rincon. The cafe was terrible! The burger was warm and overcooked. We tried the Mexican place the next day, and they also changed their menu! Hells Kitchen is too expensive, so now are the only options Smashburger or Earl of Sandwich.
