"I felt like I was on the other end of a prank call. The service was horrible. My estimated delivery time was 36 minutes and my food came over an hour late. The food sat in quality check (which is code for sitting on the hot rack) for 20/30 minutes until it finally got out to a driver. The driver was delivering multiple runs with my order and took about 40 minutes, so after ordering my food at 10-something pm and getting an estimated delivery time of 36 minutes, I finally got my food at 11:52 pm.
