"Oh my God! I stopped in as I missed the Orient Point Ferry and it was one of the nearest options I can find for a drink and a bite to eat! I went in and it looked like there were only tables in the restaurant, but upon further investigation there is a marvelous bar and when you see it it’s so very inviting. I had a nice conversation with the bartender and waitress…. I asked if they had soup. The bartender offered a chowder described as a mix between Manhattan clam chowder and New England clam chowder.He knew I had a ferry to catch and offered it to go. It is amazing. A proper family owned and family friendly pub with excellent food and extremely friendly service. Eclectic decor for extra comfiness.Fries pillowy and crispy, thick cut like in Dublin. Can't really go wrong with anything you order.Thank you, Front Street!

My first experience at Front Street Station was amazing. We were greeted by the owner who is a Long Island treasure. He was very attentive and courteous to our party. We felt very at home as he seated us and talked us through the history of the restaurant. The seafood was extremely fresh and delicious. We weren't rushed to turn the table and we were even encouraged to stay a while after finishing our meal. We will definitely return again!!
