Eine Spitzenküche in Vorarlbergs Hauptstadt Christopher Füxl ist wahrhaft ein Super Koch Mit sehr viel persönlichem Einsatz bemüht er sich die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen und zu begeistern. Der Service mit Angelina ist hübsch verpackt und zeigt Kompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit Insgesamt Fünf Sterne von mir TOP

we were welcomed very kindly and decided to use a menu with wine tasting. the main court and dessert were, however, "only" very good, there was no trace finesse. the weeping lead was solid, maybe a trace uninspired, yet good. the young service was probably somewhat overwhelmed this evening, perhaps also new - in any case it is not that it is personally insulted when you point it to a mistake (missing dessert wine). a little inflexible also appeared that the prayerful aftershine of red wine first appeared on the bill. here you could work on the sovereignty. the drink selection at the bar is sensational good. overall, I would come back to the next Bregenz-stay on all occasions!
