"Came on a Thursday night. The restaurant was mainly empty and although we called earlier and made a reservation, they couldn’t find it.not that we needed it. Service was friendly but slow. Kids enjoyed the Penne Ala Vodka. Mozzarella caprese tasted like something that I can unwrap from a roll of plastic. Clams were good. Risotto was mediocre. We were handed a dirty brochure dessert menu that needed updating. The pistachio gelato was good but the apple pie left much to be desired. I wouldn’t make the effort to come here again. The chef is brilliant. Was here most recently on June 30 for lunch, and our server (in the dining room) was just great. Food is always generous, delicious, and beautiful. Thanks to Franco for his fanatical attention to detail in his restaurant; and to the well trained staff. We love you.
