"Gundhof is a traditional German inn, but what is not common is it's location in the forest or forest, near Frankfurt airport. Hidden jewel in front of Frankfurt. Wide range of food and beer. They also serve their own nano-brew camp and amber! Very attentive service. Very affordable! Always being a treat here!

We went with a large group (8 people) and sat outside in the beautiful garden. Reservation of a table is at least a must if you want to sit in the area that offers table service. Food was a lot and very nice. Come back.

We stay in and out of Germany. Our hotel is literally a beautiful walk from the restaurant next to a small stream. They have a beer garden outside and a beautiful restaurant inside, along with a wonderful cellar dating back centuries. We like the cellar as he has an interesting feeling, and it's usually quiet. If the weather is warm, the beer garden is beautiful. Good old-style food, including local specialties. Nothing beautiful, just a nice old neighborhood type of space.
