"That was my first order from Hook and Reel. I was notified that my order would be ready at 2:34. I came at 2:30 and the staff who were all pleasant and helpful) let me know that my order was still prepared. No problem, I knew I was a little early. I'm waiting patiently. I paid $60 for this terrible bag. My daughter took up 8/8/2022. If I had picked up, I would have looked at the size and slipped out. The clusters were small, everything was tasteless. I asked for a sharp taste. Needs a star, waste of money

The food was amazing, the waiters were super and beautiful and it was not packed. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. My friend ordered lobsters and it was gummy and tasted funny. He got sick, but the prices were very high. Overall amazing food and service next to the lobster!

My boys wanted seafood after 8 hours. I wanted it to go, but we ate in. We sat on a window. It wasn't busy so I assumed that they wanted people to sit off a window for advertising?. I had Catfish platter and hush puppies, it was too much food for me and it was served hot and fresh. I wish they had honey butter for the hush puppies. My boys had the boiling w/shrimp crabs legs and corn. Add a sausage, but didn't like it.
