I decided to stop in to get some dinner at Hoss’s. The food was fantastic but my waitress was the best part of the experience. I believe her name is Claire! She made sure I was well taken care of and her professionalism was immaculate! I would definitely come back again!

Edit — as of Fall 2022, all the sauces, cheeses, spices, oils, were removed. It seems to have gone solely restaurant/catering. A shame. This is a gem of a restaurant and an amazing place to pick up sauces and other cooking supplies. Also, they cater. This is the one stop shop in Columbia for food for any occasion.
