"Hunan was a great option for us in Carbondale. You do all the basics well, but also a great variety of you want to try something new. We love their orange chicken, general Tso and Panaang chicken curry, and for a big appetizer we recommend their potstickers! It is a beautiful atmosphere and we always had a good service. Our only holding is that you cannot travel for pasta with dishes, they only offer full quantities of noodles for additional costs. You probably have a good reason, but it's still a bit left out because my wife doesn't eat rice. Overall we enjoy Hunan's and it holds a special place for us as it was our first date dinner!"

A good, fast Thai/Chinese restaurant. The food was pretty decent and the staff was nice. Would recommend, but will probably order something else that will have more taste next time. Everything else was good!

Excellent service by staff and great atmosphere. Visited a friend in Carbondale and ate here. Really loved her tables and chairs. The food tasted good as it is in Carbondale (as opposed to Chicago). I had the chicken with black bean sauce and the honey-nut chicken I thought it was tastier. Still had a great experience in this restaurant.

This place has been one of our favorite restaurants for many years. High quality food at great prices. I and my friend tried the chicken chocolate curry with vegetables and Kung-Baro chicken. The taste was great and brilliant. We visited this place after a few years and the taste is not faded. I went two days in a row with my guests. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful service. We also tried the salt and pepper Calamari, it was quite delicious and delicious. It is one of the best places in Carbondale.
