Such a cool experience. Small gourmet menu hence the name. Everything is super fresh and just perfect!!

Hello, 12/20/21, the hours are 4:30 Wednesday to Sat or Sunday. Most places in Carbondale does not up date there hours on Yelp, for out of town visitors or locals. Maybe we will give this a try on Wednesday when they open!
