I have it somewhere between rare and medium-sized rare. together with the Swabian...Variation of mac and bee (cheese spet) the noodles were not made themselves, which is a bit a change for this special plate. for a house that serves steak all night, the core temperature should be correct to get standard, although it is not obvious. I had a cabernet sauvignon open wein along the bratbeef. not the best I ever had (that would be a surprise, at least) but still ok. the espresso at the end was a bit too watery for my coffee...

Very good steaks here. You can combine your own dish: choose a steak, potates and sauce. Good service.

we had drinks and dinners, on the water, in this picturesque location. the evening lights and ambiente were very pleasant after a long day.

if you want to enjoy a pleasant moment on a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the donau, the restaurant island of the stone is a good choice in ulm. eating is simple, but typical. the waiters are sympathetic and accommodating. I recommend eating there if they like sunset.
