"We have dined here numerous times and we have always been very impressed with the food and service. I had the beef filet special that was out of this world. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. . My husband had the halibut special and it was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are perfect as well. And I never go without mentioning my favorite dessert ever the pistachio ricotta cake! Isola Bella is definitely worth trying if you haven’t already done so."

This restaurant was incredible! The gluten-free penne pasta with vodka sauce was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Have eaten here a number of times. Having owned a home on Anna Maria for over 30 years we have worked out our list of favorite restaurants. Isola Bella is high on our list. Great pasta dishes tonight with fresh bread and one of our favorite wines. Going back again in four nights. Waitress (Devinne) was superb.

We celebrated our 35th anniversary here for dinner. So glad we did, the food and service was perfect. Everyone there wished us a happy anniversary, upon arrival. Our waiter, Dale was excellent and very attentive. I had the pesto gnocchi and my husband had the grouper special, which both of them were delicious and full of flavor. This restaurant sure is a hidden gem!

"I wanted to take my beautiful wife somewhere special for our 44th Wedding Anniversary and chose the Beach Bistro as our destination. That decision was one of the best decisions we've ever made. "If something seems too good to be true it probably is. Something is going on with the reviews on this one as this is not a 4.9 restaurant. Statistically there’s no way they could have zero negative reviews. Restaurant location is quite nice with pleasant views overlooking the street. However, the food was mediocre to poor while being insanely overpriced. The Hawaii was a giant hot mess and should be removed from the menu. The menu was also problematic as it was missing items. Apparently they also serve burgers but you have to ask for a second secret menu. Based on this tactic it appears they are just trying to push their most expensive and overpriced items on the menu. This was easily our most expensive meal in the area and our most disappointing."

"Definitely not the same place I started eating at 8 years ago. The last two times I’ve been I wasn’t impressed. I’m a local and brought some family visiting from NY this evening and even they said they expected better. Seafood didn’t taste fresh, calamari app had more onions and feta cheese than calamari. $17 jalapeño margarita with 6 large ice cubes and a half a glass of margarita was disappointing. I guess tourists don’t care but I won’t be coming back there’s better options on the island."

"What a gem. Don’t be fooled by the outside this place is beautiful inside. We were lucky enough to get a seat at dinner because they fill up quickly. Crab legs were delicious and risotto was amazing. son had spaghetti and sauce was on the sweeter side but still very tasty. Peel and eat shrimp was a huge serving get the full pound because you’re not going to be able to stop eating them. The most memorable thing was their mashed potatoes. They have to have be the best mashed potatoes on Anna Marie Island."

"The place is cute. Food was not great I ordered the shrimp and grits. It was not hot and did not have that much flavor. We had 8 in our party and no one thought the food was exceptional. The host gentleman was also off putting. Our server was attentive and did a great job. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"
