"Thanks J Fargos for the great night tonight! They held our employees Christmas party and it was fantastic. The decorations were beautiful and the area for our party was perfect. The layout worked well with the gift table and seating for our employees and their spouses. I recommend the salmon. Yeah, even in Colorado, the salmon is delicious. Also the pumpkin cheese cake was great. Courses and drinks were taken and all enjoyed their meals. We had a great time. Thanks to owners and all employees and especially Tiffany! She offers great suggestions and is a fabulous hostess."

Food was excellent! People all worked the best of the best. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The Brisket sandwich/burger was mouthwater and makes me wish only to think about it.

My wife and I live in Cortez. We eat from time to time. J Fargo's is our favorite restaurant in Cortez. Your food is great and the service is always good. Things I have about J Fargos...the bar area and dining area are separated, the food portions are not too big for us to finish, the food is tasteful (also the salads), the food is always nicely prepared (not over cooked, not too dry, not too sharp, very colorful), the tables are clean as well as the bathrooms, and there are many parking spaces.
