"Good authentic Mexican food. Sat at the bar and a nice young lady under the name Karen took care of me. The whole staff was friendly here. I had the Carne Asada plate and for 3 more dollars they added a Chiken Chimichanga. Wasn't sure I would finish all the food, but rice and beans were so good that I made it. Also a beautiful large cold cup xx. Definitely eat a place for the next time in the beautiful city of Cortez."

"After I first met WildEdges offers at a bar in Telluride, I was antsy to make the trek to Cortez to taste more of what they brewed. The taproom is quiet, relaxed and full of mountain scenery/pictures. The small terrace outside offers more seats in an unspoiled environment, something reminiscent of a city café. The beers are absolutely amazing. The selections lead to the gamut of sours, to IPA's to the occasional darker porter stout. Don't let yourself be fooled, WildEdge's Forte are sour and bottle-cooked. Ava, they do it right. I know Cortez is a long way from everywhere, but once here it is just the only place to sit, relax and swallow the hours away."

"We're from Wisconsin, just through Cortez, Colorado, to Meza Verde. A few dinners and drinks. The bartenders are very nice and friendly, the people are very nice, beaten conversations and had a great time! As for food, it looked amazing and tasted even better! I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger with the Pup Fries, the best burger I had in a very long time! The Pommes were amazing. There was also a wide selection of foods to choose from the menu, would definitely plan a trip to Cortez, just to eat here!"

"I've been writing a review for some time, but I've been looking for the words that match the setup that is Cortez's Main Street Brewery. My mother knew the reasons for my trip to Cortez last weekend, from my hometown Big Water Utah four hours away. 1. Hide around Mesa Verde 2. Say Hello to my Ex friends 3. Feast my taste buds on the Quinoa Black Bean Burger I'd welcomed since my first trip, back in July (a different story, for another day. However, she did not know that the percentages motivated these reasons. (Mesa Verde- 15%. Ex- 10%. Main Street Brewery- 75%. The disappointment of my ex-band when I see myself paved compared to my arrival in Mesa Verde, just to discover the Spruce Tree House Trail closed. Well, I'm keeping my heart's priorities where they should be. You heard me. It was Main Street Brewery, who filled the promises so vividly in mind that others simply couldn't hold. (OK, a little credit where it's due. I discovered the ruins of Far View in the park today despite Spruce Tree's closure. A black bean burger so balanced that I only have reason to have been the brain of Nicholas Sparks and Jim Harrison. The ecstasy of consumption served with a cold side of the tragedy, as the mind inevitably migrates to the beginnings of vegans and vegetarians who have probably come through Cortez and have not discovered what I have discovered. Even worse, the amount of omnivores that 've entered into this facility and about this option, because strange vegan food looked, instead choose to block their arteries with one of the brewery 's (very tasty animal product options.
