"This local gem is literally run by a mom and pop. My wife and son have been going here as a tradition once a week. Now that I am off for the summer, I have taken over duties and the owner treats my son like her own grandchild and the tea is so delicious and fresh. It takes a few minutes to get your tea because it's so fresh, but it is worth the wait. The house tea is rich and has excellent depth of flavor with a touch of brown sugar. Do yourself a favor and go here. Mom and pop shop with fresh made to order drinks. Tea brewed on site and milk teas not from powder. There is also space to sit inside.

I loved the cheese foam option they had! It was so unique and delicious! I also asked if they could make my drink less sweet and they were able to! It was so good! My wife said this was the best boba place she has tried! I have to agree with her! It was amazing and accommodating!!!

this is my favorite local stop for tee. I get the home milk tea, half sweetened, with boba. it is perfect on a hot day. the owners are very friendly, much more personable than some of the great chains teehouses. I once dropped my tee and they didn't let me help clean it and they replaced it for me. it made a huge mess and they were so nice about it.
