"The food is ok, I went here twice to get food while I study at Panera. The first time I went I had the Avocado BLT with turkey bacon on Kaiser . It was good 7/10 portion was great. The second time I went I got the exact same thing but on rye toast. When I recieved my food they put mayo on it when I didn’t ask for it and only 2 pieces of bacon. 2 pieces aren’t a big deal but for a sandwich that costs 9.95 I would expect atleast 3. I asked for one slice extra on the Sandwich,one, and they tried to charge me $3!? I that was unbelievable especially when they messed up my order in the first place. Ordered pick up and the service was fast!We got two sandwiches, soup and a side of fries and it was ready within 10 minutes

Lacked good customer service. Food was sub par. Not worth the prices. We did notice when other people came into the deli they were more catered/serviced to. We won't go back. We understand that the pandemic impacted some businesses but there are some things that are standard regardless and this was a poor experience.
