Such a hit and miss with KFC, sometimes its great and sometimes its just so meh. The chicken was cold and flavorless, disappointed.

These guys could work better with customer service: You have a consistent staff .so at times they have big guys, the orders and at times it is simply a nightmare

The bathrooms didn't work properly. They gave us no napkins, forks or ketchup, we had to get up and look for them on the counter. They were not very willing to help.
